
Quality Policy
The
Quality Management system implemented by Campbell Collins Limited is intended to
ensure that we consistently
provide our
Customers with electronic components of quality, reliability, cost and to
service standards that meet or exceed their expectations.
Our Quality Manual together with the
accompanying procedures, process flowcharts (and their interaction) describes
the framework through which these objectives are met.
We will always strive to provide
our customers with the highest standard of product and service compatible with
the customers' requirements and we use the process of continual improvement
within the company to improve our quality management system.
Every employee is
encouraged to contribute proposals that will assist the improvement process.
This Quality Policy Statement
shall be understood and implemented by all personnel in the organisation.
Every employee is required to be aware of and work to the requirements of the
Quality Manual and Procedures.
It should be understood, however, that where standards of quality are not
formally defined, including areas outside the scope of the manual, a level of
workmanship consistent with the Company's objectives for high quality shall be
maintained.
