Ericsson has introduced two
new vertical-mounting members in its family of 3E digital
point-of-load (POL) voltage regulators aimed at space-critical
applications. The new 12A BMR462-SIP (BMR4622002) and 20A BMR463-SIP
(BMR4632002) complement the recently announced 40A BMR464-SIP
(BMR4642002) and offer board designers the ability to select the
most appropriate module for their configuration.

Power Mate / P-Duke have released 3 new families of product targeting the Transportation Marketplace as well as industrial markets.

The RED20W series offers up to 20W in a 2"x1" package, and has input voltage ranges of 9-36V, 18-75V and 43-160V. The first two have an internal common mode choke to meet Class B limits for EN55011/55022 without any external components.

The HAE200 series offers up to 255W and up to 93% efficiencies in a Half Brick Package. Input Voltages of 8.5-22V, 16.5V-36V and 33-75V are available, making them ideal for battery powered applications.

The HAE200W series offers up to 240W, and has input voltage ranges of 8.5-36V, 16.5-75V and 43-160V making them ideal for Rail Applications needing to meet the requirements of EN50155 for example.
